Ross On Wye > Bed & Breakfast (B&B) > Bridstow Guest House

Hill House, built in 1850, was the perfect layout for the owners to bring a Victorian building into the 21st century. A new renewable source heating system along with installation of complete insulation throughout the whole building have together transformed the feel and comfort of the house.Over the last 12 months the owners have used their great imaginative skills and knowledge of construction to transform the building into a welcoming and charming country home at Bridstow Guest House. The bedrooms have wonderful wide bay windows which overlook the views stretching down to Ross on Wye and beyond and the surrounding hills towards Wales. There is large bright drawing room where guests can eat breakfast or relax with afternoon tea which looks out at the views towards Ross on Wye. A cosy wood burning stove lights up the hall and is a fabulous spot to warm up after a blowy winter walk. The gardens are filled with mature trees and are completely private with many pleasant spots in which to sit in the summer months. The bedrooms are all en suite and have brand new beautifully appointed bathrooms. All the bedrooms have individual heating controls, television, tea and coffee making facilities and lovely views.Celia and Jon are happy to provide evening meals should guests wish to pre-book.
